Balsamic Pork Chops

Balsamic Viniger
One Purple Onion
Crushed red pepper
Salt/Pepper
mixed herb seasoning

Directions:
First i boil the pork chops for about 20/30 minutes in a frying pan with just a little water when they look a nice light brownish color drain the water add just a little oil, chopped purple onion, crushed red pepper, salt, mixed herb seasoning & squeeze some balsamic vineger not too much though just maybe half the bottle for 6 chops. cover the pan and let cook i like my meat well done so i cook it for about another 15-20 min on low

I served this with black beans & potatos
